1. The service
Coinvito compares offers from third-party crypto onramp providers, routes your purchase to a selected provider, and tracks the order. Coinvito is a technology service: we are not an exchange, money transmitter, custodian or broker, and we never hold your funds or cryptoassets.
2. Providers
Each purchase is executed by the selected licensed provider, which acts as merchant of record, performs identity verification required by law, and is responsible for collecting your payment and delivering your crypto under its own terms, which you accept during checkout.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide a wallet address you control and verify it before paying — blockchain transfers are irreversible.
- Use the service only if it is lawful for you to do so in your jurisdiction, and only with your own funds and identity.
- Never purchase at the instruction of a third party who contacted you unsolicited — see our security page.
4. Fees
All fees — provider fee, network fee and Coinvito's routing fee — are displayed in the quote before you confirm. You are only charged for successful purchases.
5. Risk & disclaimers
Cryptoassets are volatile and may lose value; delivery times depend on providers and blockchain networks. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinvito's aggregate liability is limited to the routing fees we received from your purchases in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for provider acts or omissions, blockchain network behavior, or price movements.
