Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Who we are
Coinvito ("we", "us") operates this website and the Coinvito purchase-routing service. This policy explains what we process when you visit the site or buy crypto through Coinvito.
2. What we do not collect
- We never receive or store card numbers, CVVs or bank credentials — payment happens inside the licensed provider's PCI-certified environment.
- We never receive your identity documents. KYC is performed by the provider handling your payment, as the regulated merchant of record, under its own privacy policy.
- We never hold your crypto or control your wallet keys.
3. What we process
- Website: basic server logs (IP address, user agent, pages viewed) for security and aggregate analytics.
- Purchases: order metadata needed to route and track your purchase — amount, currency, coin, the wallet address you provide, provider references and order status events.
- Support: the details you send us so we can help you.
4. Legal bases & retention
We process purchase data to perform our service to you, and website/support data on the basis of legitimate interest. Order records are retained as required for accounting, dispute and anti-fraud obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
5. Sharing
Order data is shared with the provider executing your purchase and with infrastructure subprocessors under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data: privacy@coinvito.example. For KYC data, we will point you to the provider, who is the controller of that information.
7. Changes
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
